This Privacy Policy explains the order, checkout, delivery, and support information used to operate the focused Gwhnk inflatable-seating store.
A product question can normally be handled with the SKU, room-clearance measurements, component count, and a description of the valve, seam, or surface involved. Customers do not need to disclose body weight, health information, sleeping habits, household occupants, guest plans, or photographs of anyone sitting or lying on the product. Support images should show empty seating, a close construction area, measuring tape, or parcel while excluding faces, mail, screens, address labels, family photographs, reflections, and private room details. We do not ask anyone to overinflate, apply weight, recreate a puncture, or expose the product to water or heat to demonstrate a concern. For a dimensions question, the product can be photographed empty against a plain wall or floor with one tape reference; the wider bedroom or living room is unnecessary. For a valve or seam question, a close view of the capped valve, surrounding PVC, weld path, flocking edge, arm junction, ottoman, or connected fold is preferred over a full-room photograph. Customers should remove medicine, mobility devices, personal bedding, identity documents, calendars, children's items, and visible device screens from the frame. A customer never needs to appear in an image to show softness, seating use, or inflation. Optional images are associated with the order-support purpose for which they were sent and are not permission to infer health, body size, relationships, or living arrangements. If gradual air change is reported, support may ask which chamber was filled, whether its cap was closed, the approximate indoor temperature change, and the elapsed time; no person's weight or activity record is required. A soap-water leak test, immersion, weighted demonstration, audio recording of a room, or video of someone using the sofa is not required for an ordinary first review. Customers should not send recordings that capture private conversation merely to document a faint air sound. A simple written timeline and empty-product close-ups are the preferred minimum evidence.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Order Information can include name, email, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, payment information and payment status, ordered seating SKU, order value, delivery record, and service messages. Device Information can include browser type, device type, IP address, time zone, cookies, viewed pages, interactions, and security signals used to operate and protect the storefront.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site, arrange for shipping, process payments, provide invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with customers, handle returns and refunds, and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
Device Information helps us operate and improve the Site, protect checkout security, and understand store usage.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use Shopify to power our online store. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We may share personal information with service providers that help us operate the store, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, fraud prevention providers, analytics services, customer support tools, and professional advisers. Financial Data Security
To protect personal information, we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Payment credentials submitted at checkout are transmitted to Shopify Payments through encrypted connections; our store does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or security codes.
Customers should review the final checkout amount before payment; card credential handling remains inside the secure Shopify payment flow.
Cookies, International Processing, and Retention
Cookies and similar browser signals support cart continuity, session preferences, checkout security, fraud review, and aggregate storefront performance. They cannot inspect air pressure, identify who uses a sofa, or determine how a room is furnished. Viewing a chair, sofa, or convertible model may form part of ordinary interaction data, while an optional empty-product photograph belongs to its related support record. Aggregate page activity may indicate that inflated dimensions, chamber count, pump exclusion, configuration, or valve guidance needs clearer wording, but it cannot show whether someone sat or slept on the item. Browser controls can limit cookies and comparable storage, although disabling them may affect saved carts, sessions, and checkout. Order records, empty-product photographs, correspondence, inspection notes, and return decisions are retained only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal duties, and consistent service. Different records need not be kept for identical periods; deletion, restriction, or de-identification may apply according to purpose, provider capability, and applicable law. Technical storefront signals are not pressure sensors and cannot report whether a valve cap is closed, a chamber is firm, or a connected section is folded. We do not use browser data to estimate body size, assign an unlisted load rating, decide who may sleep on a product, or monitor activity inside a room. Where a support photograph includes metadata, customers may remove location details before sending it; the visible construction and order context are normally sufficient for review.
Personal information may be processed or stored in United States and in other countries where Shopify, Shopify Payments, and our authorised service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable measures to ensure that transferred personal information receives protection consistent with applicable data protection law.
Children, Third-Party Links, and Updates
The Site is intended for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Third-party links or services are governed by their own privacy practices. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our store, services, or legal requirements.
