At gwhnk.shop, we are committed to providing high-quality inflatable sofas that elevate your comfort, whether you are outdoors or at home. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gwhnk.shop. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@gwhnk.shop to request a return.
- Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
- Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 7-10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gwhnk.shop.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@gwhnk.shop.
